Section 4 - Stakeholder Detail Page
The process of managing stakeholders in SMS is a 3 part process:
- Enter stakeholders
- Enter Contacts and Inquiries
- Enter followups to those contacts and inquiries
Stakeholder Detail Page User Editor Manager Administrator
This page shows you the entire stakeholder record on one page. We will look at the 3 different sections on the detail page.
The top row shows you the stakeholder name, their priority level and the type of stakeholder they are. On the far right you can assign this stakeholder to a team member. The action dropdown provides quick access to the following:
- Add a Contact
- Add an Inquiry
- Add a Property
- Add Business Information
- Add ROW Records
- Edit this Record
- Delete this Record
- Email this Stakeholder
- Add a Document to this Stakeholder
- Archive this Stakeholder Record
The middle area displays a map of the physical address of the stakeholder. If the stakeholder has no physical address in the system, then a default graphic is shown.
The next section is a row of tabs that allows you to view the various areas of the stakeholder record.
