Section 4 - Delete an Inquiry
You can delete inquiries by viewing the details of an inquiry. At the top of that page is a row of three buttons that allow you to edit an inquiry, add a followup or delete an inquiry.
Delete an Inquiry Editor Manager Administrator
When you click on the Delete this Inquiry button you will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the inquiry. If you click OK, the inquiry and all followups will be deleted from SMS. If you click Cancel, the inquiry will not be deleted.
