Section 9 - Add Type of Contacts

Type of Contacts Manager Administrator
When SMS is initially setup, we provide you a default list of "Type of Contacts". You can add new ones, if needed. You can not remove them. This dropdown is located on the add an inquiry, add a contact and add a followup pages.
The type of contacts are on a per project basis, so if you are using Engage Enterprise to manage multiple projects, each project can have its own type of contacts.
Note: You can enter your new options in comma delimited format if there is more than one option.
