Section 8 - Adding FAQ's and FAQ Categories
- 1. Click on admin, manager or editor tools on the navbar
- 2. Click your Add FAQ Questions under the FAQ's section
Engage Enterprise gives you the ability to post FAQ's about your project. If you are using Engage Public you can post them to there as well. You can use these FAQ's as a way to insure that your team is providing a consistent message to your stakeholders.
Adding a FAQ's Editor Manager Administrator
- Faq Question R
- Enter your question
- FAQ Answer R
- Enter the answer for the question
- Where shall the FAQ be Posted R
- Select where the FAQ should be posted. if your using Engage Public you can post it there as well
- Category R
- Select the category for the FAQ. These can be added to via the admin/manager tools.
