How to Access:
- 1. Do a search and click on add an inquiry next to the stakeholder in which you want to add an inquiry to
Section 4 - Adding inquiries
Adding Inquiries Editor Manager Administrator
Inputting inquiries into the system is a very common function. A stakeholder can have an unlimited number of inquiries attached to their stakeholder record. An inquiry is anytime a stakeholder reaches out to the project for any reason. An example of an inquiry would be a stakeholder calling the project hotline requesting the open house schedule.
- Type of Contact R
- Select how the stakeholder contacted the project team
- Person Who Received Inquiry
- You can enter the name of a person who received the inquiry
- Category
- Select a category for this inquiry. These categories can be added through the admin/manager tools
- Priority Level
- Select a priority level for the inquiry
- Inquiry Date R
- Select the date in which this inquiry occurred. Defaults to today's date but you can select any date that is relevant
- Inquiry Time
- Select the time in which this inquiry occurred.
- Issue R
- Select an issue associated with this inquiry. You can select one than one issue
- Best Time to Contact
- Select the best time to contact the stakeholder, if required
- Question or Comments
- You can enter a question or comment that the stakeholder had in this field
- Response
- You can enter a response to the question
- Does this inquiry require a followup?
- Select weather or not this inquiry require a followup from the project team
- Assign Followup R
- Select a team member to assign this inquiry too. The team member will be emailed letting them know that they have an inquiry to followup with
- Followup Instructions R
- You can enter instructions to let the team member know what needs to happen in regards to this inquiry
- Response Deadline R
- Select the date of when the project team needs to respond by
- Confidential Information
- Select weather or not this inquiry contains confidential information, defaults to "No"
- Attach an Asset
- if you need to attach an asset, you can select it from your local file system and it will be attached to this inquiry
